How to make the most delicious and creamy chicken curry recipe
This is a recipe made by Angelo Serban, the dad . Always a success in our family, not too spicy and not too bland.
It should take around 1 hour to cook .
The ingredients should be prepared in advance to make sure it will be done in time.
Ingredients: 500 grams yoghurt - for a creamier curry use greek style yoghurt 4 tbsp ( tablespoons ) ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp curry powder 2 tbsp garam masala powder 2 tbsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp fennel seeds 5 pieces star anise 5 pieces cardamoms 5 onions 2 tins of chopped tomatoes 500 grams diced chicken - ideally you should use chicken breast but you can also use any chicken pieces you have around 200 ml oil Salt to taste TIP : if you don't have garlic and ginger paste around you can substitute for ground ginger and garlic puree. Directions: Start off by dicing the onions . Use a wok or any other deep pan , add to medium heat then add 200 ml of oil. Leave the oil to heat then add the fennel seeds, fry until golden. Add the star anise, then the diced onions. Add the cardamom and allow the onion to fry stirring occasionally. Marinating the chicken - start by adding the yoghurt to the chicken , next add in the curry powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder . You can use a spoon to stir or your hands. Make sure all the pieces are evenly covered. Check your onion and make sure is soft and golden, add in the marinated chicken. TIP: the more you leave the chicken to marinate the tastier and tender will be. You can leave it overnight in the fridge if you'd like, otherwise even without sitting is still tasty. Keep stirring to make sure the chicken and onions are well mixed. Don't waste the leftover marinade from the bowl you put the chicken in, add 1 cup of water to the bowl and mix in making sure there's no leftover marinade on the sides, pour over the chicken. Allow to simmer over medium heat stirring occasionally to ensure there's nothing stuck to the bottom of the pan. Like I mentioned if you don't have garlic and ginger paste you can now add 1 tbsp of ground ginger and garlic puree , otherwise now would be the time to add the paste, stir in. Add the chopped tomatoes, add salt to taste - I would suggest 1 teaspoon should be enough but then again it depends on how you like it. Keep stirring. When the oil rises to the top it should be ready however double check the chicken is nice and cooked. Serve with fragranced rice and sprinkle of chopped coriander. TIP : if you don't have any rice you can substitute for pasta , either way is so yummy :) Enjoy and please don't forget to subscribe and share the loving ! From our family to yours

So annoying when people keep staring at u when your 3 year old is crying and screaming!
I am so flipping angry... So this morning I had school run with my 2 kids, 3 year old Kaleb and 10 year old Bianca.. As I wanted to grab my 3 year old from the booster seat - safety first of course he wouldn't let go of the seat belt and I was rushing to get him out because there were cars passing and didn't want to stop traffic in front of the school - imagine that... With these narrow roads and a bus stop just down the road. So my lovely hubby came to my aid and i stepped aside. At this point Kaleb was crying and screaming why I left and my hubby took him out crying and shouting. Ppl outside everywhere - school run morning school time rush - you get it by now.
Nothing unusual for a 3 year old to scream and cry right?
Well ladies and gents say that to all ppl who where staring at us for that. Now I'm addressing those who do that - don't you think we feel flipping uncomfortable enough as it is when our 3 year old throws a tantrum in public? Don't u think is embarrassing enough for us to try and settle him in public when he cries? We don't need your constant staring thank you very much. I'm pretty sure my 3 year old is not the only one in this whole wide world who does that in public. I'm pretty sure he's not the only kid that cries... Heck even adults cry in public and if not they break a bus stop window out of frustration, trust me I witnessed that.
So you staring at us in the middle of the school run in all that 5 minutes rush does not help.
Does not help.
If you have kids I'm confident they did that to you at some point and if you don't I'm sure when you get there you'll have that.
Don't forget what goes around comes around thank you Justin :)
Okay thanks for listening, that's all from me now.
Have you ever been in this situation and how did it feel? Tell me in the comments below.

Blueberry treatments for healthy nails
If you have brittle nails that are flaking or break fast, you should use the following treatment: put a little blueberry oil in a metal cup or a small bowl so you can warm it up. When it boils, keep nails over the vessel. Another method is to soak your nails in blueberry oil
, keeping them in oil for 5 minutes respectively.
Blueberry treatment against stretch marks and recent scars
Because they are very nutritious and have special regenerative effects, blueberries can be used successfully to combat stretch marks and recent scars. Old stretch marks or scars more complex can be removed only surgically unfortunately. It is recommended a daily massage with blueberry oil

Which shoes to wear this summer 2014?
Although we are in June, summer doesn't really scream flip-flops and sandals, does it?
Even if the heavy rain forced us to wear rain boots, not to worry, summer is on it's way and we need to be ready.
Everything color
Dare to wear colored shoes. You usually get this trend with high heels, but flats work as well. When your shoes are full of color, make sure you don't over do it in your outfit. If your shoes are in bold colors, they need to be the focus point, so my advice is wear a monochrome outfit or pastel shades. If your flats are pastel, a splash of color is great for your dress, but again more is not always better. Invite the summer in and wear as much color as you can.

Sandals with ankle strap
Sandals that offer ankle support express elegance and they are really versatile as they can be worn as part f a casual outfit or for a special occasion. Keep sandals with metallic straps for evenings out and add the colored and minimalist sandals for your day to day outfits.
Women in red are more attractive!
92% of men will remember what you were wearing on your first date.
The proof that red wearing ladies on a first date are more attractive came from Great Britain, after 1128 women and 1232 men were asked, all of them in a relationship at the time. Men were first asked if they remembered what their partners were wearing on the first date and 92% of them remembered.
When they were asked what colour where they most impressed with and what their partners were wearing on the first date, 27% of them where most impressed by the red colour.
According to the poll, the most attractive colour is deep red, and the colours to be avoided are yellow and brown.
On the other hand, women feel more attracted to men that are wearing grey, while pink and yellow are a definite turn down.
In top, apart from red are: intense blue, strong green and pink. Men like white outfit, but also floral outfits.
Funny thing is, even women think that men who wear red are more attractive sexually, because it makes them look stronger and more sensual.
Lets see some great red outfits:

Halloween Makeup
Just a few weeks left before Halloween and I bet loads of you are planning to go for a crazy party, so I was thinking why not give you some Halloween makeup ideas??
The Halloween makeup, although is a bit more complex, it has to follow a few general lines, if you want the final result to be as expected. Throughout the next lines, there are a few tips if you want to make your own Halloween makeup:
Keep the accent on the eyes
Halloween makeup is most of the times focused on the eyes, mainly because the look can radically change the makeup . And when I talk about deep and contoured eyes I am thinking about the one and only Cleopatra, which is the top 1 choice for most women on Halloween.
To get such a makeup, you need to start with the basics: remove all your makeup, deep cleanse your face and apply a quick absorption moisturizer ( don't use a greasy one). Start by applying foundation all over the face, including the eyes. I would advise using a sponge or foundation brush. After a few minutes apply matte powder on your eyes and then apply a matte dark grey or green eyeshadow.
By using a thick wet brush, you can now apply a glittery eyeshadow, silver or gold. Cleopatra was well know by having defined eyebrows, so you will need a black or brown eyebrow pencil.
At the end you can apply liquid eyeliner and mascara, or you can use false eyelashes.
Seductive lips
A lot of you are probably already have in mind Angelina Jolie with her gorgeous lips, but I was thinking about the 50's symbol, with charisma and a brilliant shine and that is Marilyn Monroe.
As soon as I say Marilyn Monroe, the first things that come to my mind are her white pleated dress and hot red lips. In the 50's makeup was bold and red was the color preferred for the lips.
Before applying the lipstick, to add volume to the lips just like Marilyn, apply a white lip contour pencil on your upper lip, then apply a thin layer of powder on your lips to prevent the lipstick wearing off. Then use a red lip contour pencil for your lips and at the ends of your lips apply a dark red lipstick, and for the center use a lighter shade of red, it will give the impression of volume. Lastly apply a lip gloss.
Modern vampire
Lately, everyone, including the fashion industry manifest a strange attraction to Gothic, vampire world. Thanks to the 'Twilight' movie, a whole new world of makeup was born dark makeup palettes and so many articles to help remake the movie makeups.
I won't be giving you a lecture on how to recreate Bella's makeup or what makeup Robert Pattinson used in the X scene, I am just going to give you a few ideas on how to get the vampire look.
So first of all, you need to get your skin ready. As we all know vampires are known for having a really pale skin, as if the sun never touched them. Before applying any light foundation and powder you need to hydrate your skin to prevent the skin from drying. You could even use a white baby powder, but be careful use only as much as you need, otherwise you'll end up looking like a painted wall.
As for the eyes a lot of people prefer the 'smokey eye' makeup. I would recommend to stay away from smokey eye and try irregular lines with a liquid dark eyeshadow. For the contour use a black pencil or black liquid eyeliner.
For the lips, you can opt for a hot red lipstick, or even coral, ruby red or black. You can even combine a few shades to get an interesting color.
This is how I've done mine:
